Smoothie Iceblocks

These quick iceblocks are perfect as a treat to cool down on a hot summer's day! This recipe is actually my favourite go-to breakfast smoothie, which I've just turned into iceblocks. It's super quick and easy to make, and if you have any leftovers like I did, then you’ll have your breakfast sorted as well!


You'll Need:

1 medium banana

½C mixed frozen berries

2T oats

1T ground flaxseed

1T pumpkin seeds

3T plain greek yoghurt

1C milk or milk substitute


Method:

Add all ingredients to a good blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into iceblock moulds and freeze, then enjoy!


Makes around 6 small iceblocks
