Hi, I'm Sandra - a nutritionist here to help you feel better in your body, from the inside out. 

After years of seeing women struggle with bloating, fatigue, and diets that don’t work, I made it my mission to dig deeper. I now help my clients identify the underlying causes of their symptoms and support them in building sustainable habits for long-term health.

Through personalised, science-backed nutrition support, I'll help you improve your health in a way that fits your life — no restrictive diets, just practical changes that make a difference.

I don’t believe in strict rules or cutting out everything you enjoy. Instead, I focus on helping you find what works for your body and your lifestyle. Together, we’ll build practical, lasting habits that support your gut health and overall wellbeing — at a pace that feels right for you.

My specialisations

I have a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition with a BSc in Public Health Nutrition and a MSc in Human Nutrition. Over the years I’ve continued to deepen my expertise through additional education in:
