Mocha Bliss Balls

A mocha-flavoured treat for your morning (or afternoon!) snack.

You'll Need:

½ cup almonds

¼ cup oats

½ cup shredded coconut

¼ cup pitted dates

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon coffee (powder or grounds)


Method:

Place all ingredients into a food processor or good blender, and process until well combined and mixture begins to stick together.


Roll into small balls and transfer to a jar or airtight container to store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.


Makes about 12 medium balls
