A quick and easy recipe for chocolatey iceblocks - a great treat to keep cool on a warm summer's day!
1 cup thick coconut milk*
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
8 small pitted dates
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour into ice block moulds and freeze.
* You could also use regular milk or other milk alternatives, just use 2 cups of milk and omit the water
Makes 6 small ice blocks
