and a happier you.
The program includes weekly video lessons, a live weekly group session, a 1-1 session with Sandra, ongoing support in the community chat, and relevant resources, recipes, and tips!
Week 1: Understanding Digestion
Understanding the digestive process, what happens when you eat, and the basics of the gut microbiota.
Week 2: The Gut and Overall Health
Introduction to the gut-brain axis, and how your gut can affect your physical and mental health.
Week 3: Common Gut Symptoms
What's normal and what's not, when to see your doctor, and tips to relieve common symptoms.
We'll also go over the first steps if you suspect you have a food allergy or intolerance.
Week 4: Nutrition and Gut Health
We'll take a look at what foods are beneficial for gut health, which ones may have a negative impact, and what gut health fads you should probably give a miss.
Week 5: Gut Health and Lifestyle
Understanding other factors that can influence gut health, such as physical activity, stress, and antibiotics.
Week 6: Sustainable Health Habits
How to start and maintain healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits, including goal-setting, behaviour change, and nudging tactics. You'll be guided to set both short- and long-term goals for life beyond the program, to help you continue your gut health journey.
