This online program is designed to help you feel better from the inside out. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your body's digestive processes work, and I'll guide you to implement simple, sustainable lifestyle changes to help support a healthier gut, and improved overall health. 

The program includes weekly video lessons, a live weekly Q&A session and a personal 1-1 session with Sandra, plus ongoing support in the community chat, relevant resources, recipes, and tips! 

Week 1: Understanding Digestion

Understanding the digestive process, what happens when you eat, and the basics of the gut microbiota.

Week 2: Nutrition and Gut Health

We'll take a look at what foods are beneficial for gut health, which ones may have a negative impact, and what gut health fads you should probably give a miss. 

Week 3: Food and Mood

Introduction to the gut-brain axis, and how your gut can affect your physical and mental health. 

Week 4: Common Digestive Symptoms

What's normal and what's not, when to see your doctor, and tips to relieve common symptoms.

We'll also go over the first steps if you suspect you have a food allergy or intolerance.

Week 5: Gut Health and Lifestyle

Understanding other factors that can influence gut health, such as physical activity, stress, and antibiotics. 

Week 6: Sustainable Gut Health Habits

How to start and maintain healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits, including goal-setting, behaviour change, and nudging tactics. You'll be guided to set both short- and long-term goals for life beyond the program, to help you continue your gut health journey.
